My job at the park is Marketing Research/ Promotion Team Member. This job entails two major surveys that we do during the day. As a team member I interact with the park guests and collect strategic information. This job position has an impact on the marketing direction of the company. For each survey there are only four team members out in the park. The first survey we do is in the morning, which is Attendance Tracking System, ATS. For this survey each team member has a personal quota to interview at least 88 guest, a total of 350 guests as a whole. As the guests walk in we approach the guest, asking them demographic questions. In the afternoon we conduct a Guest Satisfaction Survey, GSS. Each team member walks around the park and asks for the guest email address. Once we hit our quota for GSS, the marketing department sends out emails to the guests asking them how their day was. We also help with events that happen throughout the summer.
